National Australia Bank Ltd. and AXA SA are willing to pay $13.3 billion to acquire asset manager AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd. It will be the second-biggest acquisition in Asia.
No Need to Raise Capital for AXA Joint Venture - AMP

Thanks to AXA SA, AMP has announced that the company does not have to raise any additional finances to aid the joint proposal it is looking at with AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd.
