FMC Technologies, a leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry along with Schilling Robotics has entered into a definitive agreement whereby FMC Technologies will acquire a 45% interest in latter for $116 million.

As a result of a $116 million deal, FMC Technologies, Inc. would soon acquire a 45% stake in Schilling Robotics LLC - along with the right to buy the rest of the company between 2012 and 2014.

American oilfield services company FMC Technologies Inc., acting through its wholly owned subsidiary, FMC Kongsberg Holdings AS, and with the assistance of DnB NOR Markets, has bought 25,000,000 shares in Roxar ASA, representing 10.26% of Roxar's outstanding share
