In a lot of tests done on other cars, no car could come closer to the Ford and it maintained its status as the most fuel-efficient car. Ford Expects Auto-Industry to Carry on its Current Pace

April sales ended at an annual rate of 11.2 million vehicles, and industry analyst Edmunds. com has forecast a May rate of 11.4 million.
