GE Healthcare seems to be enjoying its stay in Indian market, as it has been confirmed that the company is mulling to earth few more products and technologies in Indian market, especially in rural segment to cater to the needs of millions of patients.

In a recent interview, Vice-President of eHealth Solutions for GE Healthcare, Blair Butterfield, indicated that the GE Healthcare is looking forward to introduce its eHealth Information Exchange in Australia, most probably this week. The move is expected to cast a positive impact on the eHealth measures in the country.

As per a proposal to buy some health IT market share and expedite the adoption of its electronic medical records products, the healthcare unit of General Electric - GE Healthcare - is offering $100 million in interest-free, deferred-payment loans to doctors' offices.
