The Glenmark Pharmaceuticals S. A (GPSA) has confirmed that they have discovered the Novel Biological Entity, GBR 401. This monoclonal antibody targets CD19. The Glenmark Pharmaceuticals S. A. (GPSA) is owned by the Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

US firm, Abbott laboratories, has proved Indian drug firm Glenmark, at fault. Glenmark has lost a patent case over hypertension drug, Tarka in the US court.
Warning Letter to Glenmark for Selling Unapproved Drug

On Tuesday, the Food and Drug Administration warned Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for selling nitroglycerin tablets without approval.
FDA said, "Based upon our information, there are no FDA-approved applications on file for nitroglycerin tablets in doses of 0.3 milligrams, 0.4 milligrams and 0.6 milligrams”.
