Israeli VoIP start-up Jajah to be acquired by Telefonica’s O2 for $200 million

Though there has been no official disclosure about the investors, Jajah - which has earlier raised $23 million - has been supported in the past by Globespan Capital Partners, Deutsche Telekom, Intel Capital, and Sequoia Capital.
