Oracle and NetApp seemingly have agreed to settle for a three-year long patent infringement lawsuit.

It was further added that the lawsuit was initially fought amidst NetApp and Sun Microsystems, but when Oracle acquired Sun, the fight further continued. It was further claimed that both the firms had agreed to drop the charges and make progress.
