It has been revealed, according to recent reports, that Nikon has revealed that the latest model D800DSLR, is now going to be available for sale in the markets. They have revealed that it has finally passed the debate about whether it or the other D800E version is better for high resolution shots.

Two new compact cameras have been unveiled by Nikon UK today, that will join the COOLPIX collection by the camera firm.

The pair comprises S1100pj, with incorporated projector, which is the heir to the award-winning S1000pj, and the S5100, a resourceful shooter with expert technologies to make sure of the striking shots, even if the place is not well lit.

It has been reported that Nikon had announced new compact cameras with point and shoot features in various ranges from $129.95 to about $399.95. Of the seven different cameras, the most outlandish features belong to the COOLPIX 1000pj camera from Nikon with the most interesting feature being the projector.

Going by a Nikon announcement on Tuesday, three new point-and-shoot models - S70, S640, and S570 - added to its Coolpix lineup of cameras will hit the markets in September.

Bridging the gap between two of its well-liked models, D60 and D90, Nikon has announced its scheduled consumer DSLR - the Nikon D5000. The all-new entry level Nikon model will cost a reasonable $849.95, including the kit and the 18-55mm VR lens, or $729.95 without them. In addition, Nikon will also offer a two-lens kit - which adds a 55mm to 200mm zoom lens - for $1,100.

Monday saw Nikon announcing eight new cameras, which also include one that is capable to back in time by one second to capture ten shots before the one taken by the user.
