Salesforce posts better-than-expected profit

The company has been able to see the rise since the more and more clients signed up for the cloud-computing services.

Microsoft had also filed a case against Salesforce.com over the usage of intellectual property, last month. The latest case is thought as a result of the earlier suit filed by Microsoft.

This directly means that the vendor has now managed to bring its total customer base to some 7,000 establishments in the region, which is a 36% year-on-year hike.
