$124.5M Deal Signed Between Savvis and Fusepoint

It has been reported that Savvis Inc. has signed an agreement to buy the Canadian IT Company Fusepoint. The deal has been signed for $124.5 million in cash to expand Fusepoint's presence in Canada.

More cloud computing services by Savvis are expected to rope in more customers for its other services, as the company improves its Asia-Pacific data center.
