The marketing agreement of legalized online gambling between Caesars Entertainment and 888 holding PLC, an Israel company has been regulated by Nevada regulators. Wynn Resorts Limited said that they are now partners with one of the largest poker sites operating in the US.

The two companies are offering online poker, sports betting, and casino games in Italy, France, and UK.

Shares in Wynn Macau Ltd., a unit of Wynn Resorts founded by Steve Wynn, soared to a one-month high. This was a day after the casino operator posted quarterly results that beat analysts' expectations.

This Tuesday, Wynn resorts announced its plan to acquire the casino project in Philadelphia. It entered into a letter of intent with Philadelphia Entertainment and Development Partners.

Though, the terms will be announced only after they are approved by Pennsylvania casino regulators.

Las Vegas based Wynn Resorts Ltd., a renowned casino operator, has beat all analyst estimates by posting quarterly profit figures which are much over what everyone had expected. The company revealed a net income of $34.2 Million, with each share value standing firm at 28 cents.
