Chocolates Narrowly Escape 'Chocolate tax' to Fight Obesity

The chocolate war was started by Nutritionist Dr David Walker, a GP in Lanarkshire as he claimed chocolate was the big factor in the obesity epidemic and the explosion of conditions such as Type 2 diabetes.
