New York  - A New York judge on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit that accused actor Jerry Seinfeld's wife, Jessica, of plagiarizing some of the content of her best-selling cookbook.

The lawsuit accused Jerry Seinfeld of defamation for denying the allegations on national television.

Los Angeles  - Danny Huston, who starred in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, has signed on to star in Ridley's Scott's new version of the Robin Hood story, according The Hollywood Reporter.

Huston, 47, is in line to play King Richard I in the film, opposite Russell Crowe in the lead role and with Cate Blanchett as Maid Marian. The movie is due for release in 2010.

Los Angeles  - Actor Neil Patrick Harris has signed to host the 61st annual Emmy Awards in September. Harris, one of the stars of the hit CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother, successfully hosted the Tony Awards in June when he was credited with boosting the audience for the theater prize show.

Los Angeles  Actress Molly Ringwald is the new mother to a pair of twins, People reported. Ringwald, 41, and her husband Panio Gianopoulos, welcomed daughter Adele Georgiana and son Roman Stylianos after a natural birth on Friday, July 10 in Los Angeles, according to People.

The two new additions will join their five-year-old sister, Mathilda Ereni.
