Microsoft says Xbox 360 will outperform PS3 'for entire generation'

Microsoft is sure enough that Sony PlayStation 3 can not outshine the popularity of Xbox 360. Aaron Greenberg, Microsoft's director of product management for Xbox 360 plus Xbox Live, said, “What I can tell you is, we remain confident that Xbox 360 will not only outsell PS3 for the full calendar year, but for this entire generation.”

Sales of Xbox 360s topped 28 million by 2008 end

Product management director of Xbox 360, Aaron Greenberg, has announced that the year 2008 - in spite of the sluggish economy - has been the "biggest year ever in Xbox history." On Monday, the company said that the sales of Xbox 360 topped 28 million units sold globally since the game console's launch in 2005.
