Japanese automaker Nissan’s CEO Carlos Ghosn said that consumer demand for electric vehicles in the US might exceed President Obama’s target of one million plug-in models by 2015. Speaking his mind, Mr. Ghosn said, “There is absolutely no reason that you will not have much more than 1 million cars in the U.S. before 2015.”
