Beijing's newest punch at members of the U.S. Congress is claiming legislation undertaking, what they believe is China's strategy of keeping its Yuan currency synthetically low against the dollar.

New York Senator, Charles Schumer desires to impede the gush of U. S. call center jobs out of the country. He is suggesting legislation to tax all those companies by 25-cents, every time a call is relocated to an overseas country.

According to a recent statement by Senator Charles Schumer, the Federal credit card legislation, which is all set to become a law in 2010, should take effect sooner. This would, he believes, put a stop to the credit card companies' practice of constantly rising interest rates before the new law comes into effect.

Charles Schumer and Carol Bartz, CEO of Internet giant Yahoo, the Western New York (WNY) region will likely triumph in its bid for the company’s Northeast data center. The offers for the proposed data center have also poured in from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.
