Darryl McCauley, 43, half brother to comedian Dane Cook, has pleaded not guilty to charges that include forgery and larceny. Held on a $3 million bail, he is accused of embezzling millions from Cook.

On Tuesday, Massachusetts State Police arrested Darryl McCauley - the longtime business manager of Dane Cook - in a case of embezzlement of millions of dollars of the famous comedian. He managed Cook's financial affairs from the early 1990s till this month.
