Sam Lufti, Britney Spears's former manager on Tuesday filed a suit in an L. A. court, suing the singer, including her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for defamation and breach of contract, also claiming libel, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, three days after Britney obtained a restraining order against him and her former squeeze, Adnan Ghalib.
