The Attorney’s office of Cook County State told MTV News on Tuesday that there was sufficient evidence for the police to charge William Balfour - the estranged husband of Julia, elder sister of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson - with the murders of Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew.
