Detroit auto show indicated the importance of small cars
Submitted by Upneet Sandhu on Fri, 01/14/2011 - 13:29There are lots of complaints against small cars. If it is put simply then: Americans don't want them, will not be paying the dramatically higher prices needed for them to be profitable and moreover don't go for them as gas still remains cheap.
And moreover if laws of physics are considered then they still mean small cars are unsafe than big cars in crashes.
Vanguard agreement for Detroit Medical Center, finalized

In the $1.5 billion contract, Vanguard will obtain the entire DMC's assets and $700 million in liabilities.
Detroit Medical Center to Pay $30 Million Fine to the Federal Government

DMC agreed to pay the fine to free itself from the allegations of involvement in inappropriate economic relationships with physicians.
