Actress / singer Fergie, 33, who got engaged late 2007, is scheduled to begin the New Year, with a big change in her life, reports say she will be tying the knot with Josh Duhamel, 36, star of films like 'Transformers', 'Turistas' and 'Win A Date With Tad Hamilton'.

The news comes just as Fergie, whose real name is Stacey Ferguson, wrapped up production in Europe on the big screen musical adaptation of 'Nine' starring Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, Sophia Loren and Marion Cotillard, with Fergie playing the role of a prostitute in the film. The musical revolves around the women in the life of lead character, Guido Contini, played by Oscar winner Daniel Day-Lewis.

Most of Fergie, the Black-eyed Peas singers' 'Nine' will be in attendance at the wedding, including Hudson and Kidman.
