MSU Students Roll Out "Give Kids A Smile" Program
Kids A Smile

MSU's Dental Education Department students have joined hands to roll-out the Give Kids A Smile program, under which, children in the area will be provided with free dental screening.

To take forward the much needed initiative, the university is working in association with dental professionals from the area to offer free dental care to kids around, and the program is a part of the much bigger statewide initiative.

Services which the children would be provided include cleanings, x-rays, exams and sealantsa, and the dental students are very delighted with the whole plan, stressing that it is "great" to help children maintain a healthy smile.

"Last year it was really good experience to get our feet wet, and to learn more about the profession, and this year, now we're kind of perfecting everything with working with children. It's really rewarding", shared MSU dental student Megan Masurka.

More information on the program is available at givekidsasmile. ada. org.
