HDB Launches Build-to-Order Projects
Housing and Development Board

The Housing and Development Board has launched two new build-to-order projects in Punggol and Woodlands, on Thursday.

The Punggol Crest, which is located along Punggol Place, will be offering 750 flats, while Treegrove @ Woodlands located at Woodlands Avenue 7, will provide 784 flats.

As per the demands, HDB plans to launch 12,000 new BTO flats, this year.

Both primary as well as secondary schools would be available in the area.

The residents will have access to Woodlands MRT station, Admiralty MRT station, a bus interchange, Seletar Expressway and Bukit Timah Expressway.

For the first-time buyers, the new flats would cost below their market prices, taking into account the prices of resale flats in the area, which are determined by professional evaluators.

Eligible first-time buyers with an average monthly household income of $5,000 or less and can also apply for the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) of up to $40,000. This grant can be used to offset initial down-payment.
