The Sonic Limited Edition, soon to hit the Australian markets, will come packed in a tin box, and will include an exclusive Sonic figurine, as many as five postcards featuring Sonic art, and O-ring sleeve and the Sonic Classic Collection for Nintendo DS.

All set to launch on March 11, the Sonic Classic Collection will consist of as many as four original Mega Drive adventures, which are - Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles.

Also, for the first time ever, these games will come with a new :save anywhere" feature, which would make them more accessible for pick-up-and-play.

Sega has stressed that Australia will be one of the only countries to offer the special limited edition of the game. The edition is expected to come with a price tag of about $58.
