Some Wards at Bridgwater Hospital Shut Due To Norovirus Outbreak

After an outbreak of diarrhea bug Norovirus causing sickness to many patients, some specific wards at Bridgwater Hospital have been shut today. Temporary ceasing of admissions is being practiced following a few number of symptoms shown by patients due to this virus.

It is being recommended to the friends and families of the patients to be cautious about hygiene and follow the simple instruction of washing hands regularly.

Doctors are also advising the visitors to lessen the number of people going to the hospital in order to prevent in a bid to prevent further spread of the disease.
