On 19 February 2010, Adobe Photoshop, one of the most popular and widely used software products, turned 20. Across the globe, fans of Photoshop celebrated the large impact that the software has had across the photography, art, design, publishing and commerce sectors.
In the US, a grand and special Photoshop 20th Anniversary celebration function was hosted by the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Over 1000 fans of the software got together at the Palace of the Fine Arts Theatre in San Francisco. The function was marked by the presence of Adobe's Senior Vice President of Creative Solutions, John Loiacono.
Also present were Vice President of Photoshop Product Management Kevin Connor and Photoshop co-creator Thomas Knoll, among others.
