High Level of Fat Intake Hazardous to Health

The consumption of food full of fats may lead to fatal diseases like heart stroke, diabetes and cancer. Even if you are thin, you should avoid eating fatty food. Fat stops the effect of medicine on the body which consequently leads to the deterioration of the health by all means.

A gene called PAI-1 is provoked by the fatty tissue which comes either from in fatty foods or from already being a corpulent.

Carey Luming, a University of Michigan Pediatrics Professor says, "Even in lean adults, high dietary fat may increase PAI-1 secretion and alter the risk for heart disease".

Around 35 million people in India are suffering from diabetes, which is really disastrous. And the most important cause of this disease is cardiovascular disease.

Lead Researcher, Preeti Kishore, Endocrinologist, Albert Einstein College of Medicine said, "Blood levels of free fatty acids, such as triglycerides, rise after a high-fat meal and, in obese people, are often constantly elevated to levels two to three times higher than normal".
