It has been reported that the European inflation has hit a high and it has accelerated at a very high speed to become the fastest which is actually led by the energy costs that has been surging ever since January.
The consumer prices had been rising in all the 16 nations that are in the euro zone and it was announced that it had risen by about 1 per cent when compared to the previous year and it was an interesting fact that it had actually increased by 0.9 per cent in the month of December.
It was brought to notice that this change was the fastest ever inflation ever since the month of February in the year 2009 which was roughly a year ago. It was also reported that the countries may find it a little difficult to manage with the rising energy costs and it was also an interesting fact that unemployment had risen to its highest when the past 11 years are considered in the month of December.
The energy prices too had risen by about 4 per cent in this January when compared to the prices in the previous year.
