On Monday, Federal prosecutors revealed that four men accused of utilizing a network of computers and automated software to purchase lots of online tickets to concerts and sporting events and selling them at a higher price which earned them profits, have now been booked on charges of fraud.
It has been alleged that the men made over $25 Million by re-selling over 1.5 million of the "most coveted tickets" to concerts by celebs like Bruce Springsteen, Hannah Montana, Bon Jovi, Barbara Streisand, and Billy Joel. Tickets to popular musicals like Wicked and The Producers and sporting events such as the 2006 Rose Bowl and 2007 Major League Baseball playoff games at Yankee Stadium were also sold by the accused, in addition to others.
All the details were shared in the indictment which was unsealed and released on Monday.
Slapped with the charges of fraud, and facing possible jail time and other penalties, are 40 year old Kenneth Lowson, Kristofer Kirsch, 37 and 36 year old Faisal Nahdi, all from Los Angeles, and California resident Joel Stevenson,

The men surrendered on Monday morning at the FBI headquarters in Newark, N. J., except for Nahdi, who, according to prosecutors, is not in the US.
