Michelle Obama Working on Anti-Childhood Obesity Campaign

On Friday, in an effort to promote exercising among youngsters, First Lady, Michelle Obama played soccer with children in Washington D. C.

She also declared a new partnership between the U. S. Soccer Foundation and the National Alliance for Hispanic Health.

The groups will be holding a 25-city tour to offer children and their families with free health check-ups and soccer clinics. It's supposed to be a part of Michelle's "Let's Move" anti-obesity campaign.

On September 11th, the tour is going to Dallas, while moving to Houston on November 6th.

But according to organizers with the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, a date for Brownsville has not been fixed.

Mrs. Obama told The Associated Press that soccer makes people move. She said that Malia, her 11-year-old daughter, plays soccer.
