Sarah Burge, 49, the self obsessed human Barbie, with her inner chase to obtain youthful sparkle, is now the proud mother of the Britain's youngest 15 year old Botox user.

Sarah, who had already undergone more than 50 cosmetic procedures, including three facelifts, a brow lift, liposuction and buttock and breast implants, has spent over about £500,000 till date on her treatments.

Hannah, the 16 year-school going girl, has already had three Botox injections, two of which her mom, a trained aesthetic practitioner, administered to Hannah herself.

The issue has raised the important question of values in Hannah's life, who would presumably base her values not on who she is but on how she looks.

Hannah said, "I had a couple of lines on my forehead and around my mouth, which I was unhappy about. Appearance is important to me and I don't want to look haggard and ugly by the time I'm 25".

Defending her motives, Sarah said, "A lot of this criticism is just ignorance about the procedure. All this talk of wrinkles is rubbish. Botox doesn't erase wrinkles, it just paralyses the muscles. It's about freshening you up".

Sarah also stated that the issue was raised more by the women who appeared to be jealous by her "never aging beauty".
