Police have reportedly resumed the search of a missing teen, Amber Dubois, in Escondido, as soon as a woman informed them that her children noticed something in a park, which appeared to be a bag of human hair. According to Lt. Craig Carter, as soon as the police got the clue about the missing girl, it started draining a pond for the second day at "Kit Carson Park".
The woman came to know about the bag of hair in the month of May, but she didn't inform anything about it until another teen Chelsea King, 17, had gone astray last week in San Diego, which is 10 miles south from the city. It could have helped in the investigation. Amber, who was 14 years old, vanished last year while she was walking to her school. The authorities had ended the investigation, as they didn't get any new facts.
