Jazz Air Reaches Tentative Contract With Dispatchers

It has been reported that Jazz Air and its dispatchers have reached a contract which is tentative and it was made certain that the contract would apply to only about 60 dispatchers who are represented by the their association, which is primarily based in Canada.

The company is waiting for the union membership to actually ratify it and only then the details will be released completely. The leadership and of course, the management was commended for their performance and their professionalism, which was depicted through a lot of hard work.

It was also reported that the airline has been trying to renew most of the labor contracts it previously had and negotiations with more than 1300 of their pilots and with also 760 of their flight attendants are also going on in full force.

It is an interesting fact to note that Jazz Air has more than 770 flights which travel to 82 destinations everyday in Canada and also United States of America. The workers in the maintenance and the engineering departments had ratified an agreement which was collective and new in the month of September and other divisions made it in the month of December.
