Court Grants Kirsten Dunst’s Request For Restraining Order

Court protection has been granted to actress Kirsten Dunst from a man said to have trespassed at her home.

Christopher R. Smith, 25, has been ordered by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico to stay away from Dunst, her personal assistant and any place they work.

Dunst was not present when the request was granted without any arguments being heard from her attorney or witnesses.  Smith was also not present at the hearing, neither did he respond to the temporary restraining order received in November.

Star of three ‘Spider-Man’ films, Dunst said she was ‘quite frightened’ of Smith, who was arrested by her assistant last month, after he got past security and was found trespassing on her property.
