The court addressing the lawsuit filed by a New York woman against Dr. Keith Berman who messed up her plastic surgery in 2003, gave a verdict in her favor, announcing an amount of $3.5 Million as compensation to her.

The jury said that the plastic surgery was expected to lift and increase the breast but it ended in a mess called "double bubble deformities".

"It appears like there's two breasts on each side stacked on top of each other", said Michael Kuharski, her lawyer.

He further said that the substandard surgery put her marriage at stake.

"She slept in a different room, she's depressed, she lost her self-esteem" said Kuharski. "She ultimately pushed her husband away to the extent that he filed for divorce", he added.
