VÄTH has injected a V8 and a supercharger into Mercedes Benz's SLK55 AMG, making it a monster of a small roadster. SLK55 AMG has been equipped with an enlarged V8 engine under its hood, boring out 355bhp/510Nm.

In addition to this, the supercharger empowers the SLK55 AMG to burnout a whopping 565 bhp and 770 Nm of torque. To add to the performance of the little monster, the engine gets upgraded with high performance components including the polished cylinder heads, sports distribution shafts, sports exhaust silencers, exhaust manifolds, a sports air filter, sports pistons and a long crank shaft working in sync with some ECU twads.

To ensure that the roadster sails smooth on the road, VÄTH has lowered the suspension from 20mm to 65 mm; customizable as per the user requirement.

Providing a better road grip to the machine, the 19 inch wheels wrapped with 235/35 (front) and 275/30 (rear) low profile rubber tyres make it stick to the ground even at a higher speed. The tyres are backed by the six-piston calipers attached to 378 mm ventilated discs at front as well as rear.

The new SLK 55 would now be known as VÄTH V58 - SLK 55 AMG. It seems like the birth of a cheetah made of steel.
