Autism Causing Vaccine Defended By Court Again

In a verdict from U. S. court it has been said that the vaccine thimerosal which has a mercuric preservative is not capable of causing a disease like autism solely. This ruling is a setback for parents who are into "antivaccine movement", blaming that the vaccine have caused serious health problems to their kids. The court made it clear that it is not possible that any child embraces autism after getting --+the vaccine. The use of vaccine alone cannot cause the disease, said the Court.

With a combination of at least 5,000 cases filled by parents of affected children for reimbursement, the autism proceeding initiated in 2002 in the U. S. Court of Federal Claims. The parents brought into light various medical troubles caused by the vaccine including allergic reactions which can even sometimes prove incurable.

In a decision against three families claiming the vaccines to be the reason for autism in their children, the parents blame that the vaccine manufacturer and the doctors mislead them regarding the vaccine, therefore they had asked for compensation from National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. On Friday these three cases were ruled out by the courts verdict that thimerosal is not a reason for autism.

It was discussed in the hearing that was it the blend of MMR and thimerosal that caused the autism symptoms in children?
