The concept of e-cigarettes was initiated to help people who intend to quit smoking. For this purpose, the e-cigarettes have been made readily available on internet with tobacco, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla flavors and are made accessibly legal for the minors as well.

But teenagers of New Hampshire are opposing the technological cigarette smoking as they think that e-smoking is bound to become popular among youth of their age, making them addict to the nicotine intake offered by the same. Presently, Federal Food and Drug administration does not control the e-cigarettes.

The teens involved in anti-drug programs, urged the House to pass a bill regarding banning e-cigarette for the minors by implementing new laws similar to the ban that has been imposed on tobacco. According to the law, selling and buying of tobacco is illegal for minors. And violation of this law is subjected to $100 fine and 20 hours of community service, if the violation is intense, accuse may face both.

Children are being helped in the combat by a tobacco Program Manager at Breathe New Hampshire Marie Mulroy.

Electronic Cigarette Association’s Board member James Watt wants the e-cigarettes to be banned an access by minors as he said that using electronic cigarettes similar to real-time smoking which is strictly an adult activity.
