A third sporadic essay series on the controversies running around the conservatives has been brought out, recently.
In the first issue, the writers had thrown light on the historical causes of right-wing activism hitting Missouri, in particular. It said that the main reasons behind this were that these activists came across a number of southern and rural whites from modern urban environment.
The second issue advocated that the activists showcased severe violence and contempt for the white folks due to the lack of a specific brain chemical receptor, which disables a person to absorb oxytocin, which is required to arouse empathy in them.
Finally, in the recent issue, Satoshi Kanazawa, a psychologist at the London School of Economics, has stated that liberals and atheists are evolving at a higher rate than those of conservatives.
"It's not like they're Cro-Magnons. It's just that today's more intelligent people are more likely to adopt social values and behaviors that are relatively new to human life - liberalism, atheism, staying up late, and (for men) monogamy, for example", he said.
Kanazawa is of the view that intelligence is to do with one's ability to solve a problem immediately, with reasoning and this intelligence has developed in the human species after witnessing situations demanding adaptation in handling the unusual issues.
His conclusion finds its basis on "longitudinal study of adolescents", conducted by the University of North Carolina. The observed the same group of people for a long period, wherein all underwent an IQ tests.
