Pizza Delivery Man Attacked

It has been reported that a driver who delivers pizza was attacked by a 19 - year - old Tasmanian man, who had attacked him with a cricket bat. The motive behind this attack was to take the pizza and the aggravated teenager was sentenced to jail for nine months after he pleaded to be guilty to charges for aggravated armed robbery. The man had ordered the pizza from Domino's and not being able to pay, he struck a firm blow with a plastic bat and then took the food.

The complaint was registered after the delivery man somehow staggered to the house that was nearby. It was also reported that the man also suffered a concussion due to the blow and he was forced to spend the night at the hospital, as he seemed to be suffering from severe psychological effects which still has not let him return to work.

The judge who was in charge of the case also made it clear that on account of good behaviour from the from the accused, two and a half months of the sentence would be suspended.
