Medical Experts Branded a School Boy “Obese”

A school boy, Cian, has been diagnosed by medical experts at school as "clinically obese". After diagnosing, a letter was sent to his mother Kriss Hodgson about heart disease, cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. The five year old Cian looks like any other healthy child but medical experts have identified him as an obese child.

The letter explained to the mother that her son had a BMI of 19.3. Depending upon Cian's height and age, his weight should be amid 3st 9lb and 3st, and he has been branded "clinically obese" by medical experts.

While dismissing the claim that her child is obese, Cian's mother revealed that he is very fond of playing football and walks three miles to his grandmother's place every day. He loves chicken, homemade pizza, fish pie, meatballs and sausage and mash. He is quite an active and healthy kid. He eats healthy food.

"I find it disgusting because things like this could cause youngsters to go anorexic", said Cian's mother.
