A patent infringement lawsuit has been filed against High Tech Computer, which is otherwise called HTC, by Apple in the early days of this months and it has been made very clear that HTC had a lot of plans to defend itself thoroughly and the company is also trying to make it very clear that they completely respect all kinds of intellectual property which belongs to others and they also said that they would also continue to be that way.

It has also been reported that Apple had filed about 20 lawsuits on patent infringements against HTC and it is a notable fact that the famous makers of the smartphone did not even get back to Apple.

But finally the company has decided to get a grip and defend itself against all the accusations that Apple had hurled at it and they had also announced that the company was planning to deploy all kinds of legal tools that were available to defend it and to show that the company disagreed strongly with Apple.

Their major boost is that they have the support of Google which has been their key point against the accusations of Apple.
