Songwriter Sues Lady Gaga

US pop star, Lady Gaga, is currently being sued by a music producer and song writer. He claims that he was the one who had helped her with her career and he also made it public that he secured a record deal for her and he also claimed to have co - written her hit songs.

The songwriter, Rob Fusari, is suing her claiming that she did not provide him the share that he was to receive as royalties and also on merchandising revenue. It is a significant fact that he was also credited in The Fame, her hit album.

The songwriter also launched a legal action which was almost about $30.5 million against Lady Gaga in New York. He has been making a clot of tall claims and one among that was that the winner of the Grammy Award who was also his former girlfriend dropped him when she saw that her career was going to take off.

It is also a significant fact that neither Lady Gaga nor her spokesman had made any comments to the allegations which also includes that she adopted this stage name at his advice.
