A wardrobe malfunction can be very embarrassing, especially when it happens in public. But the worst would be if it happens in front of a large and live audience and when you are on stage. It happened to Katherine Heigl, right when she was handed the prestigious award for the Female Star of the Year which was held in Las Vegas at ShoWest convention.

She was honored on the occasion for her performances in the movie The Ugly Truth and also 27 Dresses. In between her acceptance speech, one of the straps of her simply stunning red dress broke away and that led to the complete exposure of one entire side of her chest.

She was really floundered and she also had a lot of difficulty in continuing her acceptance speech. The day was finally saved and she managed to put in a few words when the host, Billy Bush, held her strap in the right place and didn't let her show any more flesh. However, she managed to secure her strap with a pin right after she received her award and only then went to meet the photographers.
