The daily routine of the Environment Protection Agencies in United States has changed. Rather than filling lawsuits and issuing set of rules to control greenhouse gas emissions to the factories and plants in the States, it is busy focusing on suits from the 15 U. S. states.
The petition urges the agency to do a re-examination of the effects on the human beings due to the greenhouse gases, before issuing rules to control the greenhouse gases. They are asking the Circuit Court of Appeals to re- assess EPA'S conclusion that greenhouses gases is a threat to human health.
The move by the states has come up as they complained that EPS relies more on the secondary data from the U. N.'s climate science panel rather than exploiting their own resources .The U. N.'s climate science panel report cannot be trusted blindly as it overstated the facts relating to the melting of the Himalayas.
Adora Andy, EPA spokeswoman said, "EPA is confident the finding will withstand legal challenge, allowing the agency to protect the American people from the significant dangers posed by greenhouse gases and carbon pollution."
EPA is determined to issue rules related to the energy efficiency to the autos and light trucks and would be asking the power plants to show permits that claim the use of best technology being used in their plants to reduce emission of harmful gases.
