MySpace Trail Helps US Police Track Down Teen Burglar

A teenager that checked into his MySpace account after breaking into a furniture store is reported to get arrested by police that tracked him down with the help of clues left on the shop's computer.

Police in the Washington State town of Kennewick on Friday said the 17-year-old logged into his MySpace account after breaking into the Bella Office Furniture and that posed out to be a soul clue making it easy for them to find him.

It is revealed that he also spent nearly five hours browsing porn websites and trying to sell stolen items on his MySpace account, all while using the business's computer.

The teenager reportedly admitted to the burglary after being taken into custody by police on Tuesday. His name was withheld because he is considered a juvenile.

He was reportedly arrested on Tuesday and charged with first degree burglary. Kennewick Police revealed that he helped officers recover a cell phone stolen in the break-in.
