Dinner, Sex, Sleep Not a Distraction for Crazed FB Addicts

A new study has suggested that overzealous Internet users update their Facebook or Twitter while they dine, are in the middle of having sex, and even after they have gone to bed for the night.

The study included a survey of 1,000 Internet users, conducted by consumer electronics site Retrevo. com, which reported to discover that 48 per cent admit to checking Twitter and Facebook after they've gone to bed for the night.

While, forty-two per cent revealed that the first thing that they indulge in the morning is checking and/or updating their social media profiles. And Eight per cent of those older than 25 said that they do it before they even get out of bed.

However, surprisingly 40 per cent of social networkers reveal that don't mind being interrupted while they're busy with other activities. With another, thirty-two per cent revealing that a text during a meal, while 7 per cent said they'd even stop having sex to see at an update.

On the other side, 62 per cent of those over age 25 reveal that they didn't like the distraction under any circumstances.
