It maybe the outcome of bad romance between Lady Gaga and her former boyfriend, Rob Fusari, that she has filed a counter lawsuit against him. Lady Gaga claims that, Fusari has no privileges to her finances and that their previous contract was dishonest.
New York City inhabitant Lady Gaga, born as Joanne Germanotta, filed her suit in Manhattan quarrelling Fusari’s claims, that he wrote two of the tracks from her multi platinum debut album and helped develop her sound, sanctioning him to a segment of the profits.
The Grammy winning pop star's lawyer claims, that Fusari enticed her into signing a deceptive contract, entitling him to unlawful reward. He is accused of portraying as her talent agent with no license to represent musicians in that capacity.
Fusari commenced a lawsuit in Supreme Court in New York, claiming, the singer owed him more than $30 million in lost income.
The 42-year-old Livingston resident, who helped pen and produce such hits, such as Bootylicious by Destiny's Child and Wild Wild West by Will Smith, although, was heard singing a different tune during a recorded interview with The Star-Ledger, in January.
