Kirstie Alley who starred in the 2005 comedy series "Fat Actress,” her struggle with weight management has been out on tabloid magazines and projected on television for several years. Kirstie is back with an all new reality show of her own called, "Kirstie Alley's Big Life," on A&E, this time she lets the cameras into her home to capture her weight-loss battle. The show is expected to premiere this Sunday.
As stated by Kirstie in "Good Morning America" this morning, "I thought there was some merit to watching the journey. I mean, this is something that millions of people are struggling with". She has already lost 20 pounds, she said.
The actress has also launched a new weight-loss plan called "Kirstie Alley’s Organic Liaison", which is committed to end the tough struggle of losing weight. According to its website the stopping the roller-coaster ride of losing weight.
Her plan created a buzz this week that her company may have relations to the Church of Scientology.
Alley stated "It doesn't even make sense to me how a business is a front for a religion, it is absolutely not true,” she denies.
She was a spokes model for Jenny Craig after losing 75 pounds but after leaving Jenny Craig in December 2007, Alley gained the weight back. She came clean to People magazine last May that she had gained 83 pounds.
Actress Kirstie Alley is expecting a lot from her new television show, she hopes it would help her to control her weight, and is looking forward to lose about 60 pounds.
But now the actress hopes that her television show will help with her weight loss. She wants to lose an additional 60 pounds.
