It has been surveyed that 55% of women want to change the shape and size of their breasts. New researches have been made where women can have a better look without implants. In the surgery, tissues are taken from underneath the breast and placed above the nipple. Professor Laurence Kirwan, a British consultant, said that he would be talking about the operation next month at the American Medical Conference.

One of the techniques surgeons use is to create the breast naturally without silicone implants and the other technique is removing the fat from some other part of the body and using stem cells to grow new breast tissues.

"What I do is to move around some of their assets to produce the best effect. What we are doing is moving tissue so that the skin is tightened below, pushing the breast up and filling it out", said Prof. Kirwan. According to him, this would be the best thing for women because it will be natural and permanent, whereas, silicone implants are not permanent and have to be replaced after every 10 years.

This operation would cost around £8,000- £12,000 and would take around three to three and a half hours to finish. 150 successful operations have been done so far.
